Position Summary:
We are seeking a persuasive and enthusiastic Telemarketer to join our sales and onboarding team. In this role, you will be responsible for contacting potential merchant partners by phone, explaining the benefits of joining our platform, and guiding them through the sign-up process.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential merchants to introduce our chatbot and services.
Effectively communicate the value of our chatbot and how it benefits merchants.
Follow up with leads to complete the sign-up process.
Maintain accurate records of calls, conversations, and sign-up progress in the CRM system.
Meet or exceed weekly performance targets.
Collaborate with team members to improve call scripts, strategies, and overall performance.
