We have the following vacancies:
- 2 Beauticians to work as Managers to run our new Bryant Park location.
- 4 Nail Technicians who specialize in Gel Manicures and Nail Enhancement Services. Experience in Odorless Acrylic Extensions is a plus.
- 4 Natural Hair or Hairstylists or Cosmetologists to work performing Hair Services.
Having a Clientele with a minimum of 1 year License and experiences is preferred for these positions.
What we're looking for in a BBI OPERATION BEAUTICIAN MANAGER:
Work directly In-Person and Online, one-on-one with our CEO and independent on your own, aiding her in Emails, Administrative and Field duties. Details for this position will be given to you during your Interview.
The ideal candidate:
Has a mindset of an Entrepreneur and is ready to run our business as though it is their own.
Has a Clientele or has a group of people that will support them and our business by patronizing to grow in sales.
Loves the Beauty Industry, is passionate when communicating about beauty products and is very focused and driven to accomplish tasks and goals outlined by the CEO.
Able to perform Beauty Services on their own clientele as well as customers they capture to patronize our business.
Able to safety and responsibly open and close our Times Square location as guided by CEO.
Able to work alone without Supervision.
Must be able to work Tuesdays to Saturdays from 11am to 6pm Or 1pm to 8pm.
Must be able to perform duties under our Social Media, Station Head Live Broadcast and other Video/ Media Platforms and/or Recordings.
Must be able to perform all office and field duties assigned by the CEO.
Must be able to perform telecommunication, text and email tasks and other forms of communication on behalf of our CEO as guided.
Must be able to meet company Sales Goals or come within close range of target for monthly KPI's, etc.
Must be able to train in performing Beauty Consultation Services Online and In-Person on behalf of the CEO when directed.
Must be able to conduct new Recruit Hire Onboarding, Staff Meetings and Marketing Showcases both Online and In-Person.
Must assist CEO in BBI BEAUTY Product Sales at our Times Square Showroom as well as Online in Showcase Events.
Must live in close proximity to BBI Office location or have reliable forms of personal or public transport.
Other descriptions towards this Job Position will be given during the Interview. Promotion opportunity available after working this position successfully for a minimum of 3 months, you can be promoted to our CEO's Operations Director.
