We are seeking skilled and passionate freelance Pilates Instructors to join our dynamic team at Pearl Pilates NYC & Abena Pilates. Certifications
Must hold a valid certification in Pilates instruction from a recognized training program (e.g., Balanced Body, STOTT Pilates, Polestar Pilates, etc.).
Certification should include both mat and apparatus (reformer, cadillac, chair, etc.) Pilates instruction.
Experience
Minimum of 1 year of experience teaching Pilates classes to clients of varying fitness levels.
Experience in group class instruction and private sessions preferred. Experience teaching on Gratz Equipments.
Expertise
In-depth knowledge of Pilates principles, anatomy, and proper exercise techniques.
Ability to modify exercises and create personalized workouts based on individual client needs and goals.
