Blue & Black is hiring! We've been a staple in Carroll Gardens, Brooklyn, for over 10 years, and we’re looking for a talented barber to join our great team of employees. Our shop is located in a vibrant neighborhood, surrounded by cool shops and fantastic restaurants, just a few blocks away from both the F and G train lines, making your commute easy and convenient.
What We Offer:

- Full-time barbers typically earn between $70,000-$100,000+ per year.
- A $1,000 sign-on bonus (once full-time) and additional bonuses and incentives.
What We’re Looking For:
- At least 1 year of experience on the floor.
- Proficiency in textured scissor cuts and tight fades.
- Availability to work 30+ hours a week, with weekends required.
- A passion for delivering high-quality cuts and building client relationships.
