We're looking for a team player who shares our passion and is able to bring a mature, polished and welcoming image to our front desk and all facets of client/patient interaction.You'll handle day-to-day operational functions of our widely celebrated multi-specialty practice, now celebrating our 25th year in Westport. Your responsibilities will include:
- mastering our highly individualized client/patient scheduling process;
- new client/patient intake and orientation;
- client checkout and charting;
- assisting with product inventory and ordering;
- helping to maintain appearance and functionality of treatment rooms and premises; ensuring compliance with company procedures and
policies;
- assisting our estheticians and physicians as needed.
