Are you passionate about fitness and helping others have a great experience? Vibe Fitness Long Island City ( Grand Opening) is looking for a friendly, energetic, and organized Front Desk/Guest Services Associate to provide top-notch service to our members and guests!

Position:

Front Desk/Guest Services Associate (7AM-3PM or 3PM - 11PM)

Location:

Vibe Fitness @ LIC ( Grand Opening) located @10-04 Borden Ave, Long Island City, NY 11101

Job Overview:

As Front Desk/Guest Services Associate you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service to our guests and members. This role requires strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and a friendly demeanor.

How to Apply:

Apply directly in person, we’ll be accepting walk-in applications at our Vibe BQE and Vibe Greenpoint locations. Applications will be accepted during the following times:

Vibe BQE:

26-50 Brooklyn Queens Expy W, Woodside, NY 11377

Monday from 11am-8pm

Tuesday from 11am-1pm and 4pm-8pm

Wednesday from 12pm-8pm

Thursday from 11am-1pm and 4pm-8pm

Friday from 12pm-8pm

Vibe Greenpoint:

147 Greenpoint Ave, Brooklyn, NY 11222

Monday through Friday from 12pm-2pm.

Responsibilities:

Welcome and greet members and guests with a positive attitude

Answer inquiries about membership, classes, and services

Assist with member check-ins and manage guest registration

Process payments and maintain accurate records

Provide tours of the facility and introduce guests to our offerings

Ensure the front desk and common areas are clean and orderly

Address member concerns and escalate issues when necessary

Assist with scheduling and booking personal training or group classes

What We’re Looking For:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment

Customer service experience, preferably in a fitness or hospitality setting

Basic computer and phone skills

Passion for health and wellness

Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends

Previous experience as Front Desk/Guest Services Associate (Required 2 Year)
