The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients, ensuring a welcoming and efficient front desk experience. You will play a key role in maintaining the smooth operation of the spa by managing appointments, handling client inquiries, and providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Interaction: Greet clients warmly and professionally upon arrival, ensuring they feel welcome and comfortable.
Appointment Management: Schedule, confirm, and manage appointments using our scheduling software. Notify clients of any changes or updates to their appointments.
Communication: Answer phone calls and respond to emails promptly, addressing client inquiries and providing information about spa services and promotions.
Check-In/Check-Out: Manage the check-in and check-out process efficiently, including processing payments and handling any necessary paperwork.
Customer Service: Handle client complaints or issues with empathy and professionalism, ensuring a positive resolution.
Retail Sales: Assist clients with product purchases, provide information on skincare products, and maintain the retail area’s appearance.
Administrative Duties: Maintain client records, manage inventory, and perform other administrative tasks as required.
Cleanliness and Organization: Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and presentable at all times.
Qualifications:
Experience: Previous experience as a receptionist or in a customer service role, preferably in a spa or salon environment.
Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with scheduling software and office management tools.
