Hair Stylist with experience in Non-surgical Hair Replacement needed for center in Westchester County NY. Part Time or Full Time Positions available. We are looking for a friendly, outgoing, dependable stylist to help our clients look and feel their best.
The center is in Ardsley, New York seeking an experienced stylist with hair replacement experience.
Responsibilities:
Remove hair replacement systems from male and female clients. Provide hair replacement maintenance services, in addition to hair styling services including cutting, coloring and styling.
Perform hair replacement and topper fittings
Knowledge of working with dermatologist tested adhesives and tapes.
Knowledge of various hair replacement techniques: bonding, long hair bonding, tapes, and micro links.
Must be proficient in both male and female hair styling and cutting.
Strong knowledge of color application and highlights
Maintain a clean and organized private station.
Knowledge of working with custom cranial prosthetics a plus
A strong artistic eye for detail to ensure a natural look
Strong communication and customer service skills
Prior experience in hair replacement and trichology a plus.
Must be NYS licensed in Cosmetology with a minimum of 3 years’ experience. Training will be provided,
Part Time Schedule 3 days choice of: Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday or Thursday, Friday and Saturday
Full Time Schedule: Tuesday through Saturday.
(must be able to work Saturdays for either Part Time or Full Time Schedule)
Hours of Operation:
Tuesday 10 AM to 5 PM
Wednesday: 9:30 AM to 5:30 PM
Thursday: 10 AM to 7PM
Friday: 9:30 AM to 5:30 PM
Saturday: 8:30 AM to 3:30 PM
Hourly: $25 to $30 per hour based on experience plus commission
