Requirements
Experience: Minimum 3 years in the industry with a solid client base
Specialty: Knowledge and proficiency in your desired specialty (razor cutting, foil highlights, balayage, precision cutting, cut, color, or cut + color). Advanced cutting and color techniques are a plus
Ideal Schedule: 3-4 days/week to maintain a balanced, burnout-free lifestyle
Vibe: Chill, calm energy; open-minded; eager to maintain our salon’s peaceful, professional atmosphere
Professionalism: Able to manage your own business and maintain a tidy, organized space
