We are a busy, modern salon that is looking for a Full-time hairstylist/colorist and receptionist to join our team.
We are looking for professionals who specialize in hair color, color correction, haircuts, and styling, and who can perform an exquisite balayage service, and who can also upsell.
(Sign-on bonus for stylists with a following of clientele.)
Junior Stylists and colorists who don’t have a following can also reach out to us. Must have at least 2 or more years of experience in the business, and must be a professional and team player.
Balayage service is a MUST for anyone working with our team.
Proven work experience as a Salon Receptionist, Front Desk Representative or similar role.
Hands-on experience with office equipment, like printers and POS systems
Excellent communication abilities (verbal, phone and email) with a customer service attitude.
Warmly greet clients, walk them to the proper beauty station and inform assigned beauticians of their arrival.
Book and confirm appointments via phone and email.
Process transactions (cash and credit cards) and issue receipts.
Offer beverages and chat with clients who are in the waiting area.
Welcome walk-ins, answer questions about services and schedule appointments based on availability.
