Job Description
To generate additional sales, through a variety of mediums including outbound calls, direct mail etc To contribute to events that will directly feed into the marketing strategy and objectives. Responsible for monitoring and measuring membership recruitment and retention and producing monthly sales data.
DUTIES:
Conduct sales tours and membership price presentations to inquiring customers.
To work with the General Manager on the production and implementation of the monthly and annual marketing plan. .
Sales support including touring, conducting follow-ups and administering the prospect system, responsible for reporting prospect figures to the General Manager.

REQUIREMENTS:
Candidates must be at least 18 years or older to apply
Must have open availability and be available nights and weekends

Basic computer skills
Fitness Sales experience is a plus and must live locally with reliable transportation
Essential Job Functions:
To set up and manage all on site databases that relate to lead generation and sale

Occasionally training, or meetings are organized outside normal working hours. The post holder will be expected to attend whenever reasonably practicable.
