Responsibilities:
Warmly welcome clients and assist with check-in/check-out procedures
Answer phone calls, manage emails, and schedule appointments
Provide information about the center’s wellness offerings
Follow up on leads and connect with potential clients
Conduct outreach to practitioners, inviting them to visit the center
Assist with social media engagement and light marketing tasks
Maintain a peaceful and organized reception area
Support wellness practitioners and staff as needed
