We are an amenities management company that offers services to residents at our properties. We are looking for a Pilates instructor that can offer one on one training to our residents per their individual request.
Job Duties:
Lead individual and the occasional group Pilates sessions, ensuring safe and effective workouts.
Evaluate clients' physical condition and tailor Pilates programs to meet their individual needs and goals.
Teach proper form and technique, demonstrating exercises and providing modifications for different fitness levels and any physical limitations.
Stay current with new Pilates techniques and trends, participating in ongoing education and training.
Required Qualifications:
Certified Pilates Instructor through a recognized organization (e.g., PMA, BASI, STOTT, etc.)
Current full apparatus Pilates Certification.
Minimum of [2] years of experience teaching Pilates.
Strong knowledge of Pilates principles, anatomy, and kinesiology.
Excellent verbal and non-verbal communication skills.
High level of physical fitness and the ability to perform and demonstrate all Pilates exercises.

Compensation:
This position offers a very competitive base of $75-$80/hr based on experience & performance
