Front desk & back of house person needed for small brooklyn wellness spa .
We need to hire 1 full time & 1 part time to manage and run our small neighborhood business.
Duties include a lot of laundry & cleaning, booking appointments, posting to instagram , managing the equipment, cleaning plunge tubs, helping customers…
This is a job for someone who likes to be busy & active. There is always something to do here.
Hours needed are weekends and afternoons & evenings during the week .
Book and Manage appointments through Boulevard
Answer client emails, phone calls, and text messages regarding their appointments and services
Greeting clients with a warm and friendly demeanor
Providing friendly, courteous, and efficient service while maintaining proper posture and attitude
Maintaining a clean and organized spa
Collaborating with our team to ensure smooth operations and client satisfaction
Driving conversions and sales when conversing with clients
Requirements:
Previous experience in a customer service or receptionist role preferred
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail
Passion for the wellness industry and providing exceptional service
Good computer skills, must have basic graphic design skills .
Being detail-oriented and have comfortability with multi-tasking.
Great sales skills to generate more sales revenues
