As a sales manager, you will consult and assess clients and their specific needs. You will share the benefits of our programs and the changes they can expect to see and feel. You will need to listen, motivate, counsel and at times be their biggest cheerleader!
We work as a team to help facilitate change in people's lives.
Responsibilities:
One on one consulting with clients to offer weight loss and wellness packages to new prospects.
Sales of ongoing membership packages for long-term change and support
Upsell of add on services and products
Daily care calls to new clients
Assisting staff members with duties in the center
Willing to be held accountable
Addressing client requests and disputes professionally and efficiently
Requirements:
Ability to multi task in a fast-paced environment
Minimum of 1 year experience in sales from the fitness, beauty or cosmetic industry a must
Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Enthusiastic, energetic, personable and friendly
Passion for health and wellness
Team player
Compensation: Hourly plus commission.
