Currently looking to fill a position for salon operator for at least 4 days per week; 24-28 hours. We are searching for a responsible, reliable and motivated individual that can assume the responsibility for the day-to-day operations, as well as maintain our reputation of excellence and customer care.
Requirements:
MUST have Tuesday, Thursday, Friday & Sunday availability.
MUST be able to work 2 Sundays per month
Must be reliable to open/close the salon alone.
Flexible availability including mornings, evenings, and weekends. With the ability to occasionally cover and switch with other employees on a per need basis.
Responsibilities:
Maintain a clean and organized tanning facility DAILY, ensuring not only visible cleanliness, but also sanitation.
Continually use suggestive selling techniques to increase tanning product sales, while meeting sales goals.
Ability to perform salon cleaning functions DAILY
Properly utilizing/understanding POS software.
Ability to work alone with little supervision
Must be at least 18 years of age
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Shifts include: ALL SHIFTS REQUIRED - NOT ONLY ONE
MORNING SHIFT: 9:45AM-4PM
EVENING SHIFT: 3:45PM-10PM
SUNDAY SHIFT: 9:45AM-8PM
