Seeking: MASTER BARBER for an upscale Grooming Lounge in the heart of SoHo.

Our shop is friendly, yet very professional; we work hard to maintain an environment which is happy, social, and welcoming to all clients.
We put a lot of resources behind marketing the shop, promoting our barbers. However, in order to achieve more success is to put time and effort into building your book through networking /and social media on your own behalf as well. You need to be a self starter who is eager to meet new people in order to build your book. Must be enthusiastic, friendly, and have a flexible schedule.
Our barbers are independent contractors and earn well above market compensation. Our median barber who has worked at our shop full time (40 hours) for at least six months makes about $1200 - $1400 a week in gross pay not including tips or commission.
We require proficiency in scissor cuts, fades, and razors, and can work with hair types. Confidentiality is key due to clientele. Minimum 5 years experience. Must have a valid NY Barber License.
Hourly/daily rate + tips + commissions on product sold + uncapped commission structure
