We Are Hiring: Physical Therapy Aide + Receptionist (Midtown Manhattan – Near Grand Central & Bryant Park)
Our physical therapy clinic, conveniently located in Midtown Manhattan near Grand Central and Bryant Park, is looking for a friendly and responsible Physical Therapy Aide + Receptionist to join our team. No prior experience required – we provide training.
Hourly Pay: W2 $20–$22 (based on experience)
Employment Type: W2 Employee
Schedule: Tuesday to Friday, 9:30 AM – 7:00 PM (30-minute unpaid lunch break)
Work Hours: 9 hours per day
[Key Responsibilities]
Assist physical therapist during patient care (e.g., setting up equipment, supporting patients)
Manage patient scheduling
Verify insurance and collect copayments
Handle general office administrative tasks
[Preferred Qualifications]
Interest in the healthcare field
Friendly and reliable when interacting with patients
Bilingual in English and Korean is a plus
Punctuality is very important in this role
