MMG is seeking a self-motivated, detail oriented and dynamic Weekend Front Desk Coordinator to join our team. This opportunity can grow into a full time position for the right candidate. You must be well-organized, extremely computer-literate, possess exceptional people skills and have a strong interest in sales. You should be flexible, energetic, a natural multi-tasker, and thrive on the constantly changing challenges of a fast-paced work environment. You have the stellar qualities that enable you to rise to the challenge of running a busy office and the innate ability to make great decisions while maintaining an environment of equanimity.
You must be available on weekends, Saturday and Sunday, 9:30-6 with a possibility of 1-2 days during the week.
Responsibilities Include:
General Admin- includes data input, general correspondence, daily end of day sales reports
Booking - schedule and confirm appointments in person and on the phone
Customer Service - knowledgeable of all office policies and procedures as pertains to our clientele; be able to answer questions in person and on the phone
Sales -up-sell massage series, memberships and products to clients
Staff Management -knowledgeable of all office policies and procedures as pertains to our therapists; be able to maintain a friendly and efficient work environment
Communication -daily updates on all events in the office is expected. Reports directly to the Office Manager and/or the Managing Partner when applicable.
Project Management - supports Office Manager with projects, filing and other special projects
Office Cleanliness - restock laundry and supplies, vacuum, prep trash, etc.
Desired Skills/Requirements:
Be a self starter and be able to take direction from Office Manager
Be available Saturday and Sunday
At least 3 years of experience in an office setting
Great communication skills both verbal and written
Ability to multi-task and make informed decisions
Organized, dependable and have problem-solving skills
Strong computer literacy including Microsoft suite of products (Excel in particular), Google Docs, search engine utilization, social media. Proprietary databases and experience with SpaBooker or Scheduling Software are a significant plus.
Strong interest in sales or a sales background
