ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Familiar with the installation and maintenance of all hardware and software used in the Hospital environment
Experience with MS Office and other 3rd party software.
Troubleshooting skills
Technical Support
Internal customer support
Knowledge on using a ticketing system.
Excellent Communication skills are important
EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION:
1+ years of experience in a technical support setting
