Position: Data Recovery Assistant/Computer Repair Assistant
Job Duties
Registering the received data storage devices in the company system.
Labeling devices and parts, and storing them according to the procedure, sorting out the spare parts.
Opening devices, changing parts, soldering, repairing, etc.
Conducting initial diagnostics on devices to determine repair needs.
Maintaining accurate records of repairs and parts used for inventory management.
Collaborating with team members to optimize repair processes and improve service efficiency.
Qualifications
An associate degree in an IT-related field required
Experience in IT/Computer Repairing Service is desired but not required as we are going to train you
Willingness to learn repairing techniques (soldering, changing parts, opening data storage devices, etc.)
Good Knowledge of English
Excellent interpersonal, organizational skills
Requires strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
Workdays: Mon-Fri, 09:00 am-6:00 pm (40 hrs. weekly, 1 hr. unpaid lunch/personal time)
