Experiences Desired:

Four-year degree or equivalent work experience

Five or more years of prior related work experience

Demonstrated ability to work well in a team environment

Demonstrated ability to analyze a problem and take the appropriate action to correct

Demonstrated ability to learn new skills and apply the knowledge

Technical Skills:

Intermediate knowledge in:

LAN Topology; IP, IPX, etc

LAN systems and services

WAN Networks

Inter/Intranets

MAC OS

Advanced knowledge in:

Windows Operating systems

Hardware Configuration (desktops, laptops, peripherals)

Email and Calendar systems (Exchange and Outlook)

Remote Access solutions (VPN, DSL, and cable)

MS Office Suite

Good to have:

Active Directory

Responsibilities:

Will be providing desk side support to both technical and non-technical users including high level Executives.

Will be configuring hardware including workstations and peripherals.

Should have some software experience since they will need to install software/update and create PC images.
