We are seeking a detail-oriented, organized, and tech-savvy part-time or full-time office support to join our team. Must be tech-savvy, great with Excel. This position offers flexible hours and an opportunity to work in a dynamic environment.
Responsibilities:
web design - IT knowledge
systemizing & automating
Manage and organize files and documents.
Handle incoming calls and correspondence.
Assist with scheduling and calendar management.
Perform general administrative duties as needed.
Product research, self-managing, energetic, quick, and enjoy typing, tracking, and executing tasks.
Requirements:
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
Prior experience in a secretarial or administrative role preferred.
Food service - catering experience is a plus.
Must have SSN and state ID.
Authorized to work in the US.
