We are looking for an IT professional who can manage and maintain the company’s day-to-day technology systems while also helping move our infrastructure forward. This role is responsible for ensuring our network, servers, backups, hardware, software, and user access are secure, reliable, and well-organized. In addition to maintaining stability, we’re looking for someone who can identify opportunities to improve, modernize, and strengthen our IT environment as the company grows.
Key Responsibilities
IT Operations & Support
Serve as the main contact for internal IT support (network issues, email, user access, devices).
Set up and maintain computers, hardware, printers, scanners, and mobile equipment.
Manage user onboarding, email accounts, and system access permissions.
Systems & Infrastructure Management
Maintain servers, databases, and business-critical applications.
Monitor and verify daily data backups and ensure recovery processes work.
Keep internet and network connectivity stable across all offices and warehouses.
Security & Access Management
Maintain password organization and secure access to admin systems.
Support cybersecurity practices including firewalls, antivirus, and two-factor authentication.
Assist in managing camera systems, access control, and network security tools.
Software & Business Applications
Support Microsoft 365, email server, QuickBooks access, and internal operational platforms.
Coordinate with external vendors for specialized software or hosted systems.
Assist in software updates, transitions, and implementation of new tools.
Documentation & Continuity
Maintain clear documentation of systems, logins, devices, network maps, and IT procedures.
Help create structure so systems can be managed by others when needed and knowledge is not held by one person.
What We’re Looking For
Strong technical skills in IT support, system administration, and troubleshooting.
Organized and proactive, with an ability to manage systems reliably and efficiently.
Someone who supports daily operations while also helping improve and modernize our IT environment.
Experience in the courier, logistics, or transportation industry is a plus.
Willingness to learn the operations side of the business and understand how IT supports dispatch, warehouse workflows, customer systems, and company growth.
Team-first mindset — someone who sees IT as part of the business, not a separate department, and works collaboratively with operations, finance, leadership, and warehouse teams.
