We are a New York based software firm specializing in software for the health care industry. We’re looking for a Junior Support representative. You have experience in technical support, and training users on how to use software. You will be responsible for troubleshooting client support issues and delivering training on our software solutions online via Zoom/WebEx. Work from home. You must reside in New York State.
LOCATION: New York State (remote work from home)
HOURS: Full-time
START SALARY: $50,000 per year
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Respond to customer inquiries via email, webex/zoom and telephone in a courteous and professional manner
Training our clients on how to use the software
Create, document, troubleshoot and escalate issues in accordance with SLAs
Learn our software and its functions, inside and out
Continual evaluation of client satisfaction and relationship building
Continual rotating contact with existing clients to see if they need any assistance
Development end user training material including course outlines, presentations, and evaluation materials
Coordination of on-boarding of new clients
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:
Bachelor's degree (B.A.), college diploma, or equivalent experience plus demonstrated ability and interest in technology
One year of experience in technical support
Excellent English skills, oral and written (technical and non-technical)
Excellent customer service, interpersonal skills and telephone etiquette
Strong attention to detail
Working with web technology
