Job Responsibilities:
Perform installation, maintenance, and repair of residential and commercial HVAC systems
Diagnose issues and provide effective solutions for customers
Communicate clearly and professionally with clients and team members
Ensure all work is completed safely and up to local codes
Maintain accurate service records and reports
Requirements:
2+ years of hands-on HVAC experience
Strong troubleshooting and mechanical skill
Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
EPA certification preferred (not required)
Ability to work independently and manage daily schedule
Positive attitude and strong customer service skills
