We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented technician to assist with the installation of security cameras and network cabling around NYC. No prior experience is required, but applicants should be comfortable working with tools, heights, and structured cabling.
Responsibilities:
Carry and transport equipment up to 50 lbs.
Install security cameras on junction boxes using screwdrivers and other basic tools.
Work on ladders and sidewalk bridges to install cameras.
Run and secure Ethernet cables around buildings.
Keep the worksite clean and organize leftover materials.
Maintain accurate records of network details and camera locations.
Communicate site maps and installation details to property owners.
Interact professionally with building owners, clients, and team members.
Requirements:
Comfortable working at heights on ladders and sidewalk bridges.
Able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. for short periods.
Must have work boots and appropriate work attire.
Basic hand tool skills (screwdrivers, drills, etc.).
Reliable and able to follow instructions.
Experience with camera installation or cabling is a plus but not required.
