Global organization in Midtown NYC has an exciting opportunity for a Technical Support Engineer. Seeking a candidate with minimum 3-6 years’ experience delivering 2nd level end user support within a MS Windows 11 environment.
In this role, you will be ON Site daily and responsible for the day-to-day support of corporate end users' hardware and software application issues including:
The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise with Windows OS, mobile device management (MDM), application deployment, and troubleshooting, with a focus on efficiency, reliability, and user experience. Should have excellent communications skills and desire to learn in a busy and cutting-edge environment.
Position is M-F 9-6pm (40 hours a week). Pay rate is 33-36 per hour.
We are looking for someone to start work with our team ASAP in early December, provided a successful background check verification!
