Job Description:

Provide both Technical & General Business support for an AI powered Social-Economic Media Platform.

Job Summary:

We are seeking talented & technical Social Media Specialists who are also business savvy to join our team at www.matchawards.com . The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing our platform features, increase brand awareness and drive engagement. Must also be able to trouble shoot basic platform application issues. Experience with Beta testing and bug identification is a plus. Should also have a basic grasp of business concepts and processes to assist a wide array of registered platform users looking for contracts, grants, loans, jobs and investment opportunities that we provide daily into their custom dashboard profile that they create. This platform is a complete economic ecosystem connecting G2B, B2B, B2E and B2I opportunities to users using AI networking.

Duties

-Show new users how to create effective profiles to maximize their contract, grant, job, investment and loan Opportunities.

-Respond to customer & channel partner questions through our in-house ticket system, chat and phone.

-Conduct Beta Testing, find bugs and ensure the smooth functionality of our platform.

-Identify potential product bugs reported by real users and coordinate with the development team for resolutions.

Skills

-Excellent trouble shooting, technical beta testing and bug identification Proficiency in social media applications software and hardware

-Knowledge of web technologies and social media platforms

-Understanding of Crypto Currencies & Block Chain useful

-Strong research skills to identify trends and audience preferences

-Proficiency with the Internet analytics applications a plus
