Job Description:
We seek a dedicated and detail-oriented IT Support Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will maintain and troubleshoot our IT infrastructure, ensuring smooth and efficient operations across all departments.
REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
Full time on side M-F 9Am to 6PM
- Minimum of five years of experience in IT support
- Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems
- Minimum of one year of experience (or Microsoft certificate related to the subject) with Microsoft Office 365 and Azure Active Directory.
- Experience with desktop hardware upgrades.
- Experience with network equipment (experience upgrading network switch firmware using SSH)
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Holding a college degree in a IT related field
