Hiring Dog walkers and Cat Sitters - Perfect position for supplemental

This is not a regular job with an office. Think of it as Uber for dog walking and pet sitting.
If you tend to go away on weekends and during holidays a lot this is not a position for you since our high season is during the holidays and weekends when clients travel. Must work all holiday weekends.
Compensation : $12 - $25 varies per assignment - Perfect position for supplemental income (side gig) On average you can make $20 an hour (does not include travel time), but you must put in the work! The more you work the more you make.

Currently looking to cover these areas: Bushwick/ Ridgewood / Bedford Stuyvesant - must live in one of the three locations - will be traveling to all.
Times: 5PM - 9PM Mon - Sun. Please be open during these hours at minimum. Looking for someone who can be ON CALL in the evenings and weekends for both dog walking and cat sitting. You can work extra hours but these are a must.
Your first 6 months are a probation period. If you work well and fit with my business, I will keep you on long term and a possible raise based on performance and how much work you take on.
Independent contractor position - background check - contract to sign - able to commit 6 months minimum
Misc-1099 given at the end of the year. - you will pay your own taxes - paid per job, not by the hour, pay: $12 - $25 depending on the job
Ideal Candidate: - You must be able to walk dogs AND cat sit. Not one or the other. No Allergies/ No leg injuries/ Body pain / Serious Illness
- Have a fairly flexible schedule - perfect position for freelancers/remote workers/college students/actors
- Pet/Cat sitting : Monday to Sunday - you will be asked to make any time of day or evening visits. Looking for someone who can be ON CALL in the evenings and weekends.
- Dog walking : 5PM - 9PM Mon - Sun. Please be open during these hours at minimum. Looking for someone who can be ON CALL in the evenings and weekends.
- Must be comfortable with cats, other small pets, dogs of all sizes and breeds.
Have a professional demeanor and well dressed. No sweat pants or cut up jeans. - are friendly and passionate about animals.
Is responsive to messages and calls in a timely manner (very important!)
Requirements:
- Have your own form of transportation - Preferred: bike, electric scooter, car - this is the best way for you to get around to jobs quicker.
- A current smartphone - We have our own app! (IPhone preferred)
-Tech Savvy with Apps in general. You will be punching in and out of our app for jobs.
-Taking videos and pics of pets for clients and keys.
-Note - This should not be your only source of income. This is a part-time job with part-time pay. We are looking for those who are true hustlers and have a love of animals.
