Majestic Prompting is a Teleprompting Rental company based in NYC and currently has clients in the East Coast and expanding . We are looking for some tech positions to be filled in our East Coast Area and some of our SouthEast department . This listing is for a freelance Teleprompter Operator Tech positions in the:
Tri-State / East Coast area ( N.J-PA-LI-Upstate NY) .
Applicants willing to travel outside NY area is a plus.
Our main warehouse for all techs will be in our Manhattan NY area. Below is our requirements to fill the position and if you fit the requirements below please feel free to email your Resume .
NO EXCEPTION JOB DUTIES:
All Applicants MUST Agree to the duties below to be considered a canidate for employment .
-Computer Literate
( Microsoft Word, Excel )
- TYPE at least 25wpm
- Production Experience Not Needed - .TRAINING IS PROVIDED
REQUIRED ATTIRE AT ALL TIME
100% REQUIRED
DRESS CODE:
Suit/Slacks/khakis/Polos/ Black Button Down Dress Shirt / Black Shoes / Black Sneakers
- Able to lift Teleprompter gear to Location and from our NYC warehouse
( Each Case est. 5-25lbs )
- Willing and Able to SOLEY/ALONE - load/unload gear from ( OWN VEHICLE , Uber, Rental Car) to event location(NY,NJ,PA)and back to Majestic Warehouse(NYC) to offload ALL Equipment correctly .
- Able and Willing to SOLEY unpack and PACK all gear as given CORRECTLY
( Cable wrapping, Teleprompting Hardware unpacking/packing )
Clean and very organized individual is required at all times
- Ability to TroubleShoot in a high energized envirnoment
- In-House training w/ Veteran Tech
( 2-3 days) 4-5hrs each day
- On-site training w/ Veteran Tech
( 2-3 days) 6-7 hrs each day
-Driver's License (A+)
- Open Schedule (A+)- WEEKDAYS -NIGHTS- SOME WEEKENDS -
Travel - NY- PA-NJ -LI- CT-
- Cool head under pressure AND a welcoming Personality
Level Heads are a MUST on our Production Events

PAY RATE : $25hr - PARTTIME POSITION ONLY
W/ Daily Overtime
( PRODUCTION DAYS AND HOURS VARIES based on Week/Month )
