Responsibilities:
Prepare vehicles for painting, including sanding, masking, and priming.
Accurately mix and match paint for color and finish consistency.
Apply paint using spray guns and other professional equipment, ensuring a flawless, durable finish.
Perform quality checks to ensure all work meets shop and customer standards.
Work collaboratively with team members, including technicians, to meet tight deadlines.
Maintain a clean and organized work area and ensure all equipment is in proper working condition.
Qualifications:
MUST HAVE professional experience as an Auto Body Painter in a fast-paced shop (minimum 2-3 years).
Strong knowledge of paint application, blending, and finishing techniques.
Excellent attention to detail with a focus on quality.
Proven ability to work as part of a team and communicate effectively.
Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask in a deadline-driven environment.
Commitment to maintaining a safe and clean workspace.
