We are seeking an experienced technician (15 years or more of professional work experience), who has gone to school for auto repair and understands automotive technology at a deep level.
Some technicians think that Meineke’s do not do real work. THAT IS WRONG. We do everything. We handle check engine lights, timing belts, electrical issues, and welding.
Additionally, since we are NOT a dealer, we see all brands of cars. Working for us will expose you to all types of jobs and all brands of cars. You’ll learn more with us than working at a dealer.
Additionally, you’ll get exposed to the business side of things. You’ll learn about pricing and strategy.
Compensation
$80k to $110k / year, which is about $1538 to $2115 / wk, which is about $38 to $53 / hr, depending on experience.

Troubleshoot electrical issues
Troubleshoot emissions issues
Timing belts and chains
Fuel issues
A/C and heating
Antilock Brakes
Turbochargers
Welding skills are also a plus.
NY State Inspector’s Certificate is a plus.
