Daily rate plus % after training and showing the ability to run your own job.
Required:
-Your own vehicle (for right individual will supply vehicle after 90 days)
-Skilled with hand tools (carpentry skills huge plus) (Own tools huge plus)
-No clock watchers (early start and sometimes late finish)
-Money motivated
-Extremely detail oriented
-Work clean
-Great customer service abilities
-Punctual
-Dependable (no drama)
