Porter/Cleaner
Experienced cleaner needed immediately for Cleaning Company specializing in post construction cleaning and janitorial services.
Qualifications/Duties:
1. Social Security Card
2. MSUT HAVE 40HR OSHA SST Card
3. NYS Driver License
4. Must be fluent in English and Spanish
5. Minimum 2 years professional cleaning experience
6. Vacuuming carpets, curtains, and upholstered furniture
7. Cleaning, dusting and polishing furniture, fixtures, and fittings
8. Removing rubbish and recyclable material, and emptying containers, bins, and trays
9. Cleaning and disinfecting bathroom fixtures
10. Operating industrial vacuum cleaners to clean floors, work areas and machines
11. Removing dust and dirt from ceilings, walls, overhead pipes, and fixtures
12. Applying acids and solvents to surfaces to remove stains and dirt
13. Meticulous
14. Ability to communicate with supervisors and peers
