Minimum 8 years experience in the field as a site superintendent
Candidate must be able to perform layout on jobsite
Candidate must be motivated and have the ability to manage subcontractors onsite
Candidate must be able to review, update and maintain project schedule
Must have computer and email skills to communicate with team members on projects
Working knowledge of MEP systems and steel
Retail and ground-up experience is a plus
Some travel
OSHA Certification
