Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and manage all on-site construction activities to ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and on schedule.
Coordinate and oversee subcontractors, vendors, and site workers.
Review project plans, drawings, and specifications to ensure compliance with contract requirements.
Monitor progress and quality of work, resolving any issues that arise.
Enforce site safety protocols, ensuring compliance with OSHA and company standards.
Maintain clear communication with project managers, clients, and stakeholders.
Conduct site meetings and provide progress updates to the project team.
Manage construction schedules, ensuring milestones are met.
Order and track materials and supplies as needed for the project.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Construction Superintendent or similar role.
Strong knowledge of construction processes, equipment, and OSHA regulations.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and drawings.
Effective communication and leadership skills.
Problem-solving ability and attention to detail.
Proficient in construction management software and basic computer applications.
A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
