Responsibilities: As a Construction Superintendent, you will:
Oversee and manage commercial interior construction projects from inception to completion.
Ensure the highest standards of quality, safety, and efficiency on all job sites.
Collaborate with project managers, subcontractors, and vendors to achieve project goals.
Maintain a proactive approach to problem-solving, anticipating and addressing challenges.
Uphold project timelines and budgets, ensuring successful project delivery.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Construction Superintendent, specifically in commercial interior projects.
Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety regulations.
Exceptional leadership and communication skills to effectively manage teams and stakeholders.
Familiarity with local building codes and regulations in New York City.
Ability to navigate and troubleshoot challenges on-site with a solution-oriented mindset.
Qualifications:
10+ years of relevant experience in commercial interior construction.
40 Hour OSHA certification
