Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled Energy Auditor & Installation Technician to join our team. This role involves conducting energy audits for residential properties and performing installations to enhance energy performance.
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong work ethic, integrity, and attention to detail.
- Ability to assess energy performance and recommend effective solutions.
- Excellent communication skills to explain findings to customers and teammates.
- Problem-solving mindset with the ability to work independently and take initiative.
- Valid driver’s license (Company will provide vehicle).
- BPI Certification preferred but not required.
- Hands-on experience with insulation, air sealing, or related installation work is a plus.
- HVAC system knowledge is a plus but not required.
- Candidates with experience in environmental sciences, HVAC, energy efficiency, or similar industries are encouraged to apply.
