Job Description:
Advanced Sustainable Engineered Solutions (ASES) is seeking experienced and certified Epoxy Floor Installers for an ongoing project at a VA Hospital in Manhattan, New York. Candidates must hold certification in Duraflex Accelera RXC and have at least 5 years of experience in epoxy flooring installation.
This position offers both part-time and full-time opportunities, with project duration ranging from 28 weeks to 5 years depending on project needs and performance. Pay is competitive, ranging from $20 to $45 per hour, based on experience and qualifications.
Responsibilities:
Install and apply epoxy flooring systems, specifically Duraflex Accelera RXC, in compliance with industry standards and project specifications.
Prepare surfaces for epoxy application, including grinding, sanding, and cleaning.
Measure and mix epoxy materials according to manufacturer guidelines.
Ensure proper application techniques for long-lasting, durable flooring solutions.
Work closely with the project team to maintain safety and quality standards, particularly in a VA hospital environment.
Conduct on-site inspections and resolve any installation issues.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace.
Requirements:
Certification in Duraflex Accelera RXC is mandatory.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in epoxy floor installation.
Knowledge of surface preparation and epoxy application techniques.
Ability to work in a healthcare environment, adhering to hospital safety protocols.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality workmanship.
