Job Overview:
We’re looking for an experienced Estimator with project management experience to join our team. This dual-role position requires preparing accurate project estimates and managing select projects to completion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze project plans/specifications and prepare detailed cost estimates.
- Develop bid proposals, including labor, materials, and equipment costs.
- Coordinate with clients, vendors, and subcontractors to clarify pricing and scope.
- Oversee select projects to ensure on-time and on-budget completion.
- Manage contracts, change orders, and project documentation.
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and address challenges.
- Suggest cost-saving opportunities and value engineering.
Qualifications:
- 1-3 years of experience in electrical estimating and project management.
- Proficiency in estimating software (e.g., Accubid, Bluebeam).
- Strong understanding of electrical systems and construction processes.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and tasks effectively.
- Degree in Construction Management, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent experience is a plus.
