General contractor looking to hire experienced mason to demo and reinstall about 50 SF of brick for a townhouse project to prepare for structural steel installation. Need to infill to reduce size of opening on bottom and sides (one larger window being installed in place of the 2 smaller windows shown)
Install 2 new window sills.
Also patch and repair stucco if you have this skill.
About 1 week of work for the brick, would prefer to pay per day but open to fixed cost as long as it makes sensep
