Bike Plant is hiring!
We're a small local shop that does big volume. We're customer-focused, and we meet everyone where they're at in order to take them to the next level with their ride. We work on all types of bicycles (no e-bikes). You will be working on bikes from ALL ERAS, and must be able to quickly assess and repair them all—with the help of a team of top-tier colleagues, all sharing our knowledge and improving our skills together in order to serve our community. You won't meet a more supportive and welcoming team. If you're new to the city we can help you find a place and connect you to a community.
The shop is SMALL: there's no "back" to hide in. Must be comfortable talking and relating to people of all stripes.
Must have 5+ years of experience (or explain why your experience is equivalent). Must be available for at least one weekend day. Must be able to go up and down stairs and lift 40 lbs. Pay commensurate to performance. End-of-season bonus based on hours worked.
