We're looking for experienced low-voltage technicians (at least 2-3 years) for full-time, part-time, and subcontracting opportunities in NYC and Westchester
Requirements:
At least 2-3 years experience wiring, terminating, and troubleshooting low voltage electrical systems; access control experience a major plus
Self-starter, punctual, professional, and works well with others
Ability to read and understand electrical schematics and diagrams
Own basic tools, and be able to use all needed tools for routing, securing, and terminating wire and wiring harnesses, including punch downs, snips, wire strippers, cordless drill, PPE (safety gear), etc.
Installing, terminating, and/or programming end devices for fire alarm, access control, CCTV, intrusion/burglar alarm and security infrastructure in a commercial environment
Experience running or bending conduit, with digital multi-meters, and testing cable is a MAJOR plus
Troubleshooting networking issues
Rack and stack work, closet work, putting together server racks, patch panels
Qualifications:
Authorized to work in the US
Must have at least OSHA 30
Must have a valid Driver's License
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
Strong attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Speak and understand English fluently (Knowing Spanish is a huge plus)
Able to pass a drug and background check
