We are looking for a skilled handyman for full-time work Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM, at a new building in the Bronx and/or Brooklyn.
Requirements:
Must have your own tools and vehicle
Experience with HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems preferred
Able to inspect building systems, report issues, and complete repairs the same day
Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently
Pay: $20-$23 per hour, depending on experience.
Job Duties:
Inspect all building systems (HVAC, plumbing, electrical) to ensure they are working properly
Report problems immediately
Perform repairs thoroughly and cleanly with minimal disruption
