Job Description:
Are you a hands-on person who loves fixing things? We're looking for a Handyman with 5+ years of strong experience in carpentry, painting, and basic electric and plumbing to join our team!
Responsibilities:
Strong knowledge of Carpentry work: hang doors, install casing, framing, drywall installation, taping, and finishing.
Strong knowledge of painting materials and application methods
Basic Plumbing skills: ability to replace garbage disposals, faucets, diagnose and solve common plumbing problems such as leaks and clogs.
Basic Electrical work: replace light fixtures, outlets, switches, etc.
Requirements:
5 years of experience in carpentry, painting, electric work, and plumbing
Great communications skills; speak English and Spanish
Must have a Driver’s License and a Clean driving Record.
Proficient in using a smart phone, email and willing to learn new digital applications.
Proficient in using electrical, manual equipment and measurement tools (powered saws, rulers, multimeters, etc.)
Strong attention to detail
Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines.
Must have the ability to lift up to 60 pounds, reach, stand, kneel and climb ladders.
Good communications skills, team player, neat appearance, positive attitude.
Able to work in a smoke/drug/alcohol free environment.
Willing to do a Background check.
Own personal hand tools.
Be punctual, reliable, and hard working.
Ability to work with minimal supervision.
Legal to work in the US {W-2 or 1099}
OSHA Card is a plus but not required
The first 2 weeks are on a paid trial basis.
