We are Perennial Empire, a well-established general contractor in New York, specializing in painting, carpentry, apartment renovations, and affordable housing projects. We are looking for a highly experienced Paint Foreman to lead and manage our in-house W-2 painting crews. Must have experience leading your own crew, not managing subcontractors
Who We’re Looking For:
✅ A strong leader who can motivate and manage a team of up to 25 W-2 employees, ensuring high-quality work
✅ Someone experienced in hitting budgets and deadlines while maintaining quality and efficiency.
✅ Highly organized and able to handle the fast-paced, high-pressure nature of the job.
✅ Spanish is a plus
✅ Tech-savvy enough to handle daily reports, compliance paperwork, electronic sign-ins, payroll entries, and material orders.
