Description:
NYC-based architectural metal and glass contractor is hiring an experienced Foreman with a background in carpentry for large commercial interior fit-out projects throughout Manhattan.
We’re looking for a professional who takes pride in their work, leads by example, and can manage field operations with precision and communication.
Requirements:
Minimum 5-10 years of trade experience (carpentry)
Valid Driver’s License
OSHA 30-hour or SST card
Ability to read and interpret construction drawings
Strong communication and leadership skills
Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate field crews on interior fit-outs
Maintain site safety, quality, and efficiency
Communicate with clients, project managers, and other trades
Track manpower, materials, and progress
