Minimum 3 Years Experience as HVAC Installation Technician
Ability to reliably commute to various jobsites Manhattan, Brooklyn with varying start times 7am-3:30am, 8am-4:30 or 9am-5:30pm based on access to the jobsites via mass transit.
FDNY F-60 and G-60 Card Preferred
OSHA 10, OSHA 30 Preferred
Ability to braze piping, thread piping, pro press, hang piping, install hangers, install isolators,
Ability to read and understand blue prints
Ability to pipe and follow instructions of VRF Systems Piping
Ability to follow instructions, be reliable and show up on time
Ability to work under pressure to meet project timelines
Positive attitude, strong work ethic, good customer service skills
Ability to pressurize, start up and test preferred
Ability to troubleshoot, service and maintain systems preferred
Ability to complete digital work orders and follow ups
